Even in cold weather you need to drink water
Don’t be fooled that in fall or winter you naturally feel less thirsty. According to the expert advice an average physically active adult should even in cold weather drink about 2.5 liters of fluid a day, a woman of about 2 liters. However, how should we know what to drink or eat that would keep our body healthy?
Optimally comprised daily diet should cover one fifth of the daily requirement of fluid with meals, especially soups, juicy fruits and vegetables, or teas. For an adult it is recommended not to exceed 2-3 cups per day, per child up to 1 cup per day. The rest of the daily requirements should be from healthy drinks and water.
